What the checker will and will not say
The menu and the table are the same 67 species. Fields come from Pokemon Database and Serebii. The checker uses the same three signals as nichest pokemon: a signature mechanic, a single-stage line, and a base stat total of 450 or less. Skitty scores two: Normalize and a 260 total. It evolves by Moon Stone. Wishiwashi scores three: Schooling, no evolution, and a 175 total in Solo Form.
If your favorite is not in the 67, the honest line is “no public data for this species in our dataset.” I will not estimate a score. There is also no official popularity ranking on this page, because I do not have a complete official vote table to cite. With scripts off, the full table is still on the page.
FAQ
What niche Pokemon am I?
The checker answers for a Pokemon you already like. It does not assign you a species. Pick a name and read the row.
How niche is my favorite Pokemon?
Read the signal notes on its row. Two public signals is a different claim from “you are in the 90th percentile,” and this page will not print the second sentence.
